Movement is Swiss bar type, cylinder escapement. Signed M. Tobias, Liverpool, case is marked Argent with hallmarks. Silver dial with large Roman numerals. Bullseye crystal, most likely original to watch.CONDITION: Watch does not run, mainspring is entirely wound, but appears to only need cleaning to run well.
